Golden Thread: Accepting Application for 2025-26

Now accepting applications for the Golden Thread Group 2025-2026

This is a journey of uncovering our authentic spiritual gifts, deepening our spiritual vitality, and preparing to take our gifts into the community. The course content includes spiritual autobiographies and practices, creativity as spiritual practice, reading a series of potentially transformative books, and preparing a rule of life. In John Philip Newell’s book, Sacred Earth, Sacred Soul, he quotes Alexander John Scott: “What is most truly human, he said, is what is most divine and what is most truly divine is what is most human. A thread of the divine is woven through the fabric of the human soul and of everything that has being. This golden thread, he said, is our essence.”

Saturday August 23, 2025, is a full-day retreat and attendance is mandatory as is the closing session on Thursday, May 14,2026.
