Lynne Spellman is a Priest Associate and Professor Emerita in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Arkansas. A retired scholar-priest, Lynne continues to think and write about the flow of ideas between pagan and Christian Greek Neoplatonism in late antiquity. Besides scholarly work, her spiritual memoir Unbolting the Dark was published in 2011. As a priest, Lynne participates in the Sunday and Wednesday morning liturgy when she can. She remains a member of the Rowing Club of Northwest Arkansas.
